Share the flight details
Provide the airport, flight or tail number, arrival date and the handling agent or terminal contact. Private aviation facilities may use a different meeting point from commercial arrivals. The exact collection arrangement must be agreed before travel.
Coordinate the handover
Send the passenger count, luggage information and final destination. If the arrival schedule changes, contact the team so the vehicle arrangement can be reviewed. Airside access is not implied by a chauffeur request.
Continue your day
For onward meetings, a hotel arrival or a multi-stop itinerary, include each address and the expected waiting time. A retained chauffeur can be requested separately from a one-way transfer.
