Define the starting point

Tell us the pickup address, starting time and how many hours you expect to need. Include the final destination even if some intermediate stops remain flexible. This gives the team a useful basis for an offer.

What the arrangement covers

Ask the written quote to specify the booked hours, any distance allowance and how additional time or kilometres are charged. Parking, access charges and special waiting requirements should be clarified when relevant. A retained chauffeur is a different booking from several one-way transfers.

Changes during the day

Share changes as early as possible. Extra hours and destinations are subject to availability and confirmation. If a meeting runs late, contact the dispatcher rather than assuming the next collection can shift without affecting the arrangement.
