Book for a colleague or a client
Provide the booker's contact and the traveller's reachable number. Include the company name and reference needed for invoicing. Tell the team whether the traveller should receive the price or only the pickup details.
Roadshows and several meetings
List appointments in order with the address, required arrival time and expected duration. Include a final drop-off and any luggage that remains with the group. Request a retained chauffeur if the vehicle must be available between meetings.
A consistent confirmation
Ask for the agreed vehicle category, service hours and payment arrangements in writing. The person coordinating the itinerary should communicate changes to the dispatcher. For several travellers on different flights, supply an arrival list rather than treating them as one pickup.
