City or lakeside
A Lausanne city address and a property in Ouchy may call for different approaches. Share the full address, not just the hotel brand. If someone is meeting you, include an agreed collection point and a contact number.
A multi-stop visit
For meetings, a restaurant visit and a return journey, list the stops in their intended order. Agree whether the chauffeur waits or returns at a fixed time. An hourly itinerary should state the expected finish location as well as the start.
Travel along the lake
If you would like to combine Lausanne with Montreux or another Lake Geneva destination, request the complete journey. Time for sightseeing, meals and luggage handling should be reflected in the offer rather than added informally on the day.
