From arrivals to your address
For a Zurich Airport pickup, include your flight number, landing date and final address. A hotel name alone may not identify the correct entrance, particularly for properties with a separate driveway. Tell us about checked luggage and any assistance you need before choosing a vehicle.
A day with several stops
Zurich itineraries often mix the city centre, lakeside addresses and offices outside the centre. Share the complete order of stops when requesting an hourly chauffeur. This lets the team discuss waiting time, the final drop-off and the most suitable vehicle before confirmation.
An evening in the city
For a restaurant, theatre or private reception, give the venue name and your preferred collection time. A practical meeting point matters more than simply naming the closest street. If the end time is uncertain, request a waiting arrangement in advance.
