Hotel or terminal
Grindelwald village and Grindelwald Terminal serve different travel needs. Name the exact arrival point and tell the dispatcher if you are meeting a train or mountain connection. A scenic excursion and a timed drop-off need different schedules.
Chalet access
For a chalet, ask your host for arrival instructions and the road-access point. Share these before travel, particularly in winter. If the final approach needs a local arrangement, it should be organised with the host rather than assumed at the end of the drive.
A flexible mountain day
Weather can change plans for a day in the mountains. If flexibility is important, request an hourly or full-day arrangement and agree how changes will be handled. Attraction tickets and mountain services are separate from the chauffeured journey.
