Fair and gallery movements
List the fair entrance, gallery addresses and required arrival times in order. Include your hotel and whether luggage travels with you. A day with several visits may be better described as an hourly itinerary.
After the reception
Agree the collection point before the evening begins. If the venue has limited stopping space, follow its instructions. Discuss flexible waiting in advance instead of assuming the chauffeur can stay indefinitely.
Confirm event information
Dates, admission, tickets and venue arrangements should be checked with the organiser. Transport is offered independently and does not include admission or an event partnership.
